Servizi: Gli appartamenti di recente costruzione sono dotati dei più moderni servizi tra i quali: cassaforte, Tv-Lcd satellitare, aria condizionata/riscaldamento, parcheggio privato, phon e telefono abilitato per l’esterno. I prezzi comprendono l’IVA al 10%, l’uso della spiaggia con ombrellone, sedia a sdraio e lettino. Le unita abitative sono dotate di piano cottura a gas, frigorifero, stoviglie e lavastoviglie.

Nel prezzo sono compresi il cambio della biancheria di norma bisettimanale, il servizio quotidiano di pulizia, (stoviglie escluse) dalle ore 9,00 alle ore 14,00 circa. Gli arrivi e le partenze saranno effettuate di norma settimanalmente sabato/sabato.

Durante le festività ed i week-end, i prezzi potranno subire delle variazioni.

Gli appartamenti sono a disposizione dalle ore 14.00 e devono essere liberati entro le ore 10.00 del giorno di partenza.

Supplemento di € 8,00 al giorno per ogni persona eccedente la capacita prestabilita.

I clienti del Residence possono usufruire del “Ristorante” dell’ Hotel Al Mare su richiesta.

Ausstattung: die modernen Wohnungen sind mit jedem Komfort ausgestattet: Safe, Telefon mit direktem Anschluß, Satelliten-TV, Föhn, Klimagerät / Heizung, Privat-Parkplatz, Aufzug.

Im Preis inbegriffen: MWst 10%, Privatstrandbenützung mit Sonnenschirm, Liegestuhl und Liegebett. Die Wohnungen sind mit einer kompletten Küche mit Kühlschrank, Geschirr und Geschirrspüler ausgestattet.

In den Preisen ist der Wechsel der Bettwäsche und der Handtücher zweimal wöchentlich, sowie die tägliche Reinigung der Wohnung von ca. 9.00 bis 14.00 Uhr (ausgenommen Geschirr) inbegriffen. Die Appartements werden wochenweise von Samstag bis Samstag vermietet. Die Appartements sind ab 14.00 Uhr des Anreisetages beziehbar und müssen bis 10.00 Uhr am Abreisetag geräumt werden.

Services: The apartments are furnished with modern equipment including: safe, satellite LCD-TV, air conditioning / central heating, hair dryer, telephone and private parking, free access to the beach, use of sun beds and beach umbrella. In every apartment there are a fridge, cooking surface, dish-washing machine and kitchen ware.

The price includes: linen change twice a week and clearing service (kitchen ware excluded) from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The arrival and departure as a rule take place weekly from Saturday to Saturday.

The management reserves the right to rent the apartments for weekends and holidays. In this case the price of the unit could be changed.

The apartments are available from 2 p.m. of the day of arrival. The unit must be vacated by 10 a.m. of the day of departure.
